American investors have shown great interest in the Digital Trade Hub
Vusal Gasimly, the executive director of the Centre for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, has attended the event in the US capital, Washington, which was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the US-Azerbaijani relations. Speaking at this momentous event, Vusal Gasimly provided the attendees with thorough information about the Strategic Road Maps, which established in Azerbaijan. The extensive presentation of the executive director gave a plain idea to the American businesspeople about the country's economy and the economic reforms implemented in Azerbaijan. Afterwards, Vusal Gasimly presented the Azexport portal, which supports entrepreneurs in order to expand export opportunities in Azerbaijan. He mentioned that, in terms of creating new, real opportunities and conditions for entrepreneurs the Azexport portal is very important. Also, he informed the participants about the works in direction of the establishment of Azerbaijan Digital Trade Hub. He noted that, through effective use of diversified transport-logistics opportunities and achievements of information-communication technologies, the Digital Trade Hub makes the expansion of export potential, cross-border trade and e-commerce necessary.

During the conversation, the investors said that the reforms in Azerbaijan create great hope for the development of the non-oil sector. In terms of becoming the digital leader of the region, the Digital Trade Hub is particularly important.
