Azexport.az and World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) signed the memorandum of understanding
The meeting was held with the India delegation of the World Trade Centers Associations (WTCA) in the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC). At the meeting, the head of Azexport.az portal of CAERC, Zaur Gardashov provided detailed information on the projects implemented in Azerbaijan in recent years. He noted that the relations established many years ago are improving. According to Z. Gardashov, TRACECA and North-South transport corridor are closely cooperating within the framework of regional projects, and there is a good basis for the development of diversified relations.
The vice-president of the World Trade Centers Association, India (WTCA) Somesh Batra expressed his positive impression about Azerbaijan during the visit. The export opportunities of Azerbaijan via Indian network of WTCA have been discussed at the meeting.
Later, the World Trade Centers Associations (WTCA) and Azexport.az portal signed the memorandum of understanding.
It should be noted that the World Trade Centers Associations (WTCA) was established in 1968 in New York City under the World Trade Center. This organization is a non-profit, non-political union that considers establishment and effective functioning of the World Trade Centers (WTC) in order to expand international trade. Currently, WTCA includes 287 licensed World Trade Centers in 90 countries as well as more than 850,000 companies and individual members.
