Second International Conference on Digital Trade Hub will be held in Azerbaijan
The second international conference on Digital Trade Hub will be held in Baku with the organizational support of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication together with ISESKO. Mainly, borderless e-commerce platforms that connect digital economies will be discussed at the conference. The perspectives of transboundary economic relations, e-services and new business opportunities are also on the agenda.
The manager of the Digital Trade Hub, Nijat Asadli stated that this event organized in Azerbaijan would present the Digital Trade Hub of Azerbaijan in a new format. The achievements, challenges and opportunities of Azerbaijan in e-trading and e-commerce, mobile and electronic identification, digital government and cyber security will be discussed with the experts with international experience: “A number of electronic platforms, digital services and online resources have been established as a result of attention being paid by the President Ilham Aliyev to the development of non-oil sector and mainly to the improvement of information and communication fields. One of these systems is “Digital Trade Hub” in Azerbaijan. This hub is a unique platform providing digital services both for local entrepreneurs and non-residents.”
It should be noted that 100 representatives from 10 countries including Thailand, Great Britain, Estonia, Turkey, etc. will attend the second International Conference on Digital Trade Hub in Azerbaijan. In addition, the representatives of "Alibaba", "Amazon", "e-bay" and other international trading platforms, which are closely cooperating with "Azexport.az" portal, will also attend the conference. The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication are discussing the final issues regarding the conference held in October 31.
